season, im digging healthy life style, and toned up body!! As we all know, how we live reflects on how we
feel" and to achieve this comes a lot of discipline, sacrifice, and
dedication. We all love looking and feeling good, and as each compliments the
other, working on one automatically reflects on the other. A good work out and healthy
diet can do wonders in our bid to attain this, so i wanna encourage all pretty
women to make that effort to maintain their shape, and lovely skin. xx

Primarily
the urge to crave for calories is normal especially for women who go through
hormonal changes, and the foods we often crave negatively affect us. A while ago,
i had a friend who had mad ass craving, or at least that’s what i called it
cause she actually couldn't control it, she would eat everything that
crossed her eyes or mind (once she thought it, then she must have it) so we
named it ''PMS craving'' lol!!!! The funniest part was that once her
cycle came through, she’d go back to worrying about her figure and barely eat. So,
you see this periodic craving can be harmful if one doesn't work out the
already stored calories, it can lead to unproportional body shape that leaves
one looking worn out and unsexy.
Another friend of mine had mad
cravings for sweets!! and when cautioned, she would always yell ''I try my best
to ignore them but can't always!! ''.
Now, this is known to happen with approximately 40% of women and we tend
to curb or cure this in our own individualistic ways. A number of individuals
discipline their minds or have the will power to ignore the sweet craving, while
others swap it with fruits or nuts, whatever remedy you chose and works for
you, please don't give in to excess sweets or cookies
