Healthy benefit Quail Eggs..

First of all i want to say a big thank you to all my visible and invisible followers!lol!!!..xx  Mucho Gracia s!!!!

Just the other day i was at a a senior colleague's office discussing economic issues and all,when a lady knocks in to see him on other issues of cos, though at first glance she seems like some one i have seen around the work place but not frequently. Anyways they start to discuss and when she was asked about her husband she replied saying he was doing much better and that his BP level had dropped tremendously then she mentioned "Quail eggs'' although that was the first time i had heard about them being medicinal cos for me i thought they were really tiny and the shell looked weird, but  her ill husband had consumed them to help moderate his BP level as his health was deteriorating seriously,and there it was my next blog topic and immediately i started research on my mobile phone to my amazement it has lots of health benefits and could be consumed by all ages, this  research aimed at the content of the eggs and their role in human diet.

''Quail Eggs''are proved to be a very valuable source of vitamins iron, magnesium, zinc,copper, phosphorus and other essential micro-nutrients, minerals and amino acids, which is why they are recommended for regular consumption.Many researchers advise that quail eggs be taken raw cos of its very nutritious value but the idea doesn't go down well with a lot of people they prefer to mix it with orange \ papaya juices for a better taste.
